Here is the base IXWA in its current complete form, there are earlier versions and later versions, but this one is being posted as a basic hull for anyone to use to put whatever whacky turrets they want on it.
It has engine and all logic for driving, along with a 3x3 velocity pivot at the bottom of the turret hole for whatever crazy thing you want to put on top.
You may edit it all you want, but if posted pls credit :)
