Adding the Taydrsyng, based on the VSS Vintorez, functionally an inbetween of the assault and sniper rifles.
addtionally adding the Meva Pnehkan, a healing injector pistol that damages the target a little but will heal them rapidly for more.
This mod was a small thing to round up some old and new misc items I had assets for.
