Scenario Rules and Details:
Volunteers from Pawns without Limits have a plan to settle and create a new Recovery and Rehabilitation Center on this rim world.
Rules:
Phase 1:
*Offer a safe place for anyone to recover from illness or addiction
*Stockpile medicine and prosthetics/bionics
*Build hospital,
*Research and unlock Bionics, Biosculpting, and Bioregeneration
*Recruit more volunteers (especially doctors/researchers!)
Phase 2:
All of the above, plus:
*Upgrade colonists with bionics and archotech parts (at least 2-3 on each colonist!)
*Replace any missing parts on raiders/prisoners (can use prosthetics)
--If a foot/hand is missing 3 or more toes/fingers, it is ready to be replaced.
*Convert all colonists to the Pawns Without Limits ideology
Win Condition:
*Must have 5-7 upgraded colonists
*All colonists need to be converted to the ideology
*Each colonist has bionic upgrades (all missing/scars replaced, at least 2-3 bionics/archotech)
*1 Biosculpter Pod and 1 Sleep Accelerator per pawn
