Removes the need for anesthetic when fitting an eyepatch or a glass eye.
Created based on a suggestion by @Inglix in the original mod's comment section.
It works for me, but this is my first upload, so I cannot guarantee functionality (I have no clue what I am doing).
Should only affect the original mod.
