Look, I just want a Shieldsaber for roleplay purpose. So I make a custom saber here. No offense.
This mod need Star wars: Psycast Edition as dependency. As I stated in Workshop required Items.
Less important Note: Latest update I make a new shield ability that not dependence on Vanilla psycast expanded Overshield anymore (6/8/2025)
important Note: Since the Last update 6/8/2025 There will be two version of Shield ability: Legacy and Current one which not required Psycast.
Due to Lee's modular lightsaber ability update, you need to use character editor (Or console command) to remove the legacy ability.
(I modify some code for the new ability to show up. But you need to drop and equip sheildsaber again)
The Shieldsaber was first created by Jedi Master Starlight Starsky of the Star Guardians, a branch of the Jedi Order. Recognizing the lightsaber's weakness against slugthrowers, he devised a simple yet ingenious modification: integrating a deflector shield into the saber's core.
This enhancement not only improved its deflection capabilities against both blasters and slugthrowers but also added a striking aesthetic touch, with the dual fuller design at its center giving the weapon a unique elegance.
SPECIAL ABILITY: "Strech" Shield
Shieldsaber has a unique ability to cast shield (As you see in Video so far) With the ability strech the deflector shield from the blade into shield mode, you can deflect incoming projectiles even more effectively.
Now it doesn't need psycast and need less micro. But be careful the 10 second gap of death and life between cooldown.
