Simple Skirt Female Preference Patch
A patch that reclassifies the skirt from the simple skirt mod from a gender-neutral clothing item to a feminine clothing item. Note: Turn this off for the Scottish experience. Currently only works with the visible skirt version. Also modded it to not be wearable with pants through a layer in between skin and middle, called loose. Only the skirt, tribalwear and pants inhabit this layer. Technically possible to be used with vanilla apparel expanded, though not recommend due to no items from it being put into loose yet. Also added a social impact bonus to give it a purpose.
