DMS - Automatroid Techprint
A mini-mod for players who wish to make researching the Automatroid Basis technology in "The Dead Man's Switch" more challenging in the early game.
It requires a Techprint to unlock the Automatroid Basis technology in "The Dead Man's Switch," which can be purchased from the colony fleet.
This adjustment, to some degree, offers a distinct gameplay approach. If The Dead Man's Switch - AncientCorps is installed, it further encourages players to venture out and explore automatroid graveyards, where they can activate dormant Automatroid units as a transitional measure before officially unlocking the "Automatroid Basis" technology.
Future updates may introduce quests that allow players to obtain the Automatroid Basis Techprint through missions, even without access to the colony fleet faction.
