After the days of World War II, Twillson's Motors was struggling to stay alive. They were neck to neck with the leading car companies, just trying to reach the average Stormworker. Twillson's Motors was trying everything to bring business back, but the people of Stormworks thought the cars were too cringeworthy and outdated. Untell they were just about bankrupt, the engineers and designers decided "screw it' and spent their last $10,000 ($121,000 in today's cash) to make the "Special". And it was a HIT, people ran to buy this great car and saved the company from bankruptcy.
