No. 5931 T1C Class "Selkirk" Heavy Passenger & Freight Locomotive

BRIEF HISTORY This is number 5931 of the Canadian Pacific Railway, it is a T1C model of the T1 "Selkirk" class of trains. This is a real train and one of two remaining in the world. This specific train is parked outside of "Heritage Park" in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The Selkirk locomotives were originally assigned to transport people and freight from Calgary to Revelstoke through the Rocky Mountains and Rogers Pass, however operations were eventually expanded to all over Canada. These locomotives entered service in the early 1930's and were retired in 1955. The T1 group of locomotives were the largest locomotives ever operated by Canadian Pacific and were all constructed in Canada at the Montreal Locomotive Works. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SPECIFICATIONS This train in Stormworks has the following specifications: -A 2-10-4 configuration of the train wheels -Top speed of ~170 Km/H (105 MpH) -Lots of torque -90 Km/H while hauling ~67000 Kgs I have not tested the max it can pull, however it is a lot. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OPERATION GUIDE To start: -Ignite firebox and allow temperature to build until steam is produced. To move: -Open steam valve to full and allow steamchest to pressurize -Set brakes to 0 -Either push reverser forward or backwards depending on direction of travel
