It was built off a 2001 Dodge Dakota SLT, with a 3.9L V6 Engine.
What was an updated version of the mid 2028 Sparky is now destroyed.
after intercepting an EF4 Tornado with over 190 MPH winds,
Due to a Spike malfunction, intercepting was out of the question that day.
so getting close but not to close was the safest bet.
however due to the heavy rain hiding the Tornado, it's path was unclear.
Sparky would then be caught in front of it due to heading South,
which at the time seemed like the only way out-
has there was no more road going North and no roads going East or West.
Staying put would have been the right move, however at the time
the tornado was heading North for Sparky so in a quick attempt to leave-
The Tornado would shift South catching the armored vehicle in it's winds.
Me the driver was able to get out of Sparky and run for a Storm pipe near
the road and ended up surviving but has for Sparky...
She was later found in a forest, however I was not about to let this, be it's END!

I would hate to see it ruined ,
if you do wish to make modifications to her keep it in your own library
