XML Extensions isn't actually required unless you want mod options.
Adds a fabric made from bioferrite and devilstrand called ferriteweave. It's slightly worse than devilstrand in terms of armor and insulation, but it increases the psy-sensitivity of the wearer.
This was made for a mod idea post from the Rimworld Discord server.
