I built this for my career mode but figured id share it.
Features

[*] Drydock Elevator inside the shed
[*] Diesel Seller
[*] Fish buyer crane
[*] Boat lift, which is perfectly sized to allow you to crawl underneath and make repairs etc.
[*] Floating pontoons which react (mostly correctly) to weather. Theres a bit of an issue with strong easterly gales but it doesn't break. I tied the pelagic trawler to my dock for 40 minutes and she took no damage, same story with a smaller boat in the marina berth.
[*] Some basic gear, welding torches etc. Useful at the start of career.
[*] Shore power connectors to keep your boat charged!
[*] Little glowy light thingys showing where the ladders are
[*] Simple crane for no particular reason
[*] Should hopefully have minimum impact on performance

Loading the mission
You'll need to start a new game, click "Enabled addons" and enable it from the Workshop menu. Simples!
Feedback and future updates
Feedback is welcome, or just leave a comment saying you enjoyed the use of the marina! I'm happy to add or remove certain things if demand is popular enough and do let me know if you find something thats broken. Theres a flipped version with the berth arms on the inside, I can upload that too if people want.
