the Hi-Point C9 is effectively a cheaper and weaker Auto Pistol
it does similar damage with worse accuracy but quicker time to fire.
to balance the C9 it is very cheap to produce (Just like real life) with only 40 steel, no components so its a great handgun to give to your non-fighting colonists.
