Xoa Biotech Race

Adds a biotech race of tiny poisonous hagfish/lamprey girls and an associated rough outlander faction type. Contains no items/technology. Features: -Jawless fishgirl race, fully compatible with regular biotech and implemented with genes -Race is all female, mediated by gene that alters their size. Gene which applies their mental changes normalizes their sexuality to be bisexual/homosexual if they don't otherwise get a gene when they finish growing up. -Intrinsic toxic bite attack, but largely unable to use melee weapons due to a very weak melee -Reduced bodysize and slightly reduced healthpool, but fast moving and with a unique toxic spit attack that leaves toxic gas -A small body means small food requirements. On the other hand, drugs are more dangerous and xoa are very vulnerable to overdoses. -Fragile mental state and vulnerability to pain, but bonuses to work and learning speed. Instability is due to mental break threshold and not mood - minor breaks will be more common, but extreme breaks will hardly be more common at all than regular pawns. -Venomous mouths and personalities - all mental breaks will be malicious, i.e. all minor breaks will be insulting sprees. -Immunity to toxic buildup and environments, as well as wounds that do not become infected. -Live fast, die young with a additional collection of regular biotech genes (cell instability, darkvision, UV sensitivity, super immunity, scarless) -Full movespeed and work rate at 13 (all other age restrictions apply). Added faction is a rough outlander group with altered raid composition, probably most similar to pigs. Industrial tech, lots of grenadiers. Xoa go down easily due to a low health pool and vulnerability to pain, but move quickly and are hard to hit with ranged attacks due to a small bodysize. They are unlikely to win many engagements in melee, but the toxic bites might lead to long term consequences from any fights that do get close. Compatability notes: Size is set for Xoa by intercepting their lifestage determiner. This isn't the only biotech mod that does it this way, and if you combine the genes you might end up with one or the other not working on the same pawn. Ideally such genes would be incompatible with each other, but it's impossible to unify exclusion categories between mods that were made by people who don't know about each other's work, naturally. Gender alteration is on the gene being applied. This will change the gender of existing pawns. Tails are tied to the gene which gives them the bite attack and toxic resistance, and is independent of gender. Mod makes reference to vanilla sexuality traits. Mods which overhaul the sexuality system should be placed so that they overwrite this mod, if applicable. Mental break change should be broadly compatible. If any mods add additional mental breaks that use the (designated but unused in vanilla) category of "Malicious", xoa will be more likely to have those mental breaks. -Should work with Harmony, but is built and tested against the version from Prepatcher. -This mod patches Toxalopes and Megaspiders to be valid pack animals (which IS accessible by the player) and all biomes to allow them to spawn pack animals for factions where they are defined as a choice (i.e. only Xoa). If you use another mod which does the same thing it might produce warnings for duplicate entries but will work just fine. Special credit: -Outfits in thumbnail are from UNAGI's mods
