This mod nerfs the raider meme, specifically the global work speed penalty.
I was inspired by Slashandz and his Ideology Simplified Raider mod, found here [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2649132044]https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2649132044[/url]. I've decided to give my own take on the idea.
I really wanted to have a raiding meme for roleplay purposes, and to get that sweet mood buff. However, I didn't just want to raid! Maybe my pawns want to supplement their labor with some sweet, sweet loot they didn't have to pay for. That is where this mod comes in. Now you can kill and steal stuff, get all the loot, and still work at full speed back home.
For this to work, you will need the Ideology DLC.
