Electric Modified Preset Oil Rig
The pressure update really messed things up, so this fixes that and a few other things.

Fuel Usage: None, electricity is free now for oil rigs!
Changes:
- fixed the rod position issues, though the bottom rod might get dragged up by the rod magnet
- pumps out oil at 70-150 L/s
- 7 60 ATM pressurized Electric furnaces to refine fast
- pressurized slurry and output diesel/jet fuel containers to 30ATM
- Added winches to allow you to bring the fuel to a train 300 meters away. (You need to use a truck to carry the winches over)
This was on a Classic research save so I didn't have the 500 meter long winches yet.
I recommend a Keep active block if you are playing rogue mode
