Rong is a small plane with everything - wings, control surfaces, even propellers - made out of sails.
Inspired by different early planes, it has all the required features of one:

Maximum speed of about 10 m/s (yes, you can run faster)

Powered by an inefficient air-cooled two cylinder diesel engine

Controlled with a single elevator which also acts as aileron (by twisting). No rudder (wind makes it too dangerous)

Difficult to take off from level terrain, difficult to fly and very easy to slam into the ground
It has zero components intended for the propulsion or lift, moving and staying in the air purely by the means of sails. Electricity is only used for pivots (unfortunately there's no mechanical pivot, and I tried doing something with ropes but it didn't go well), there's no battery so it only comes from generators powered by the engine.
Instructions

Find a good place (preferably slightly downhill, and headwind)

Press W until full throttle

Find the starter crank under your right hand and give it a spin

Gain some speed (the tail will go up) and very slowly pitch the nose up again
The aircraft is very unwieldy, avoid any sharp turns and angles. Even slight side wind can bank it hard making you lose control, especially during take off. Rate of climb is authentically abysmal, don't even bother going higher than a few meters above the ground.
Have fun!
