This is a 500HP Racing Outboard modular engine. It has 14-Cylinders and is super/turbocharged. It has one electric motor helping it. You can customize its gear ratio and i suggest having it with 20 rps and a gear ratio of 2:1 or more for more speed, then it thrusts most boats to 60-100 knots at 2:1.
DImensions 3x5x11, but it has a port on the left side (as you can see at the last photo).
