The SS Victoria was built in london in 1911, she sailed with the visual line until the great war. She, and her sister ships were drafted into the royal navy in 1914. She stuck a mine off scottland in 1916 and was out of service until 1917. 2 weeks after getting back to sea she was torpedoed twice and sunk by a german U-boat. 5 out of the 12 people on board went down with the ship as she sunk off scottland.
