Removes flash effects (that annoy me) from the game (removes effects from modded content as well).
Removes flashing during construction and mining as well as reducing during combat.
If you have Biotech it will also remove the pulsing glow effect of turned on growth vats (not the bubbles though) and the pulsing red glow of mech gestators (not the green static glow when completed).
I made this mod for myself because I am EXTREMELY sensitive to flashing lights. I thought I should upload just in case it can help anyone else.
If there are any other visual accessibility things that would help please ask. Can't guarantee I can do it (literally all I can do right now is edit what's already there) but I will do my best. Everyone deserves to be able to play Rimworld!

If you find this mod helpful, I have another mod called "Less Pulse Effects" which removes a fair amount of the pulsing overlays from the game (think no power signs).
I also use a mod called "No Lightning Flash UwU" to remove lightning flashes from my game.
