NC ISC-04 APC-IFV Light Amphibious Combat Vehicle
OVERVIEW
The NC ISC-04 is a lightly armoured vehicle designed to fill APC and IFV roles. It is amphibious and armed with a 30mm rotary autocannon.
STARTUP
The driver must simply turn up the throttle and turn the key. The engine will need approximately 40 seconds to fully turn on. After this, the driver can shift gears with up/down.
