Adds three types of next-generation shield belts, evolving vanilla shield belt technology. These are powerful late-game equipment requiring advanced research and significant resources. * Note: These shield belts are for player use; enemy raiders will not wear them. * Performance is balanced against vanilla standards and is not game-breaking. Item Details 1. Vector Shield Belt - Feature: Allows the wearer to fire "outward" while blocking incoming projectiles. - Cost: 1 Advanced Component, 5 Components, 50 Steel, 30 Plasteel 2. Repulsor Shield Belt - Feature: Physically deflects both projectiles and enemy melee attacks. - Cost: 1 Advanced Component, 5 Components, 50 Plasteel, 30 Uranium 3. Quantum Shield Belt - Feature: Neutralizes all threats (ranged and melee) without hindering the wearer's offensive actions. - Cost: 5 Advanced Components, 50 Plasteel, 20 Uranium New Research: - Advanced Shield Belts (Industrial) - Quantum Shielding (Spacer) - Required Station: Fabrication Bench Misc: - Can be added/removed from existing saves (removing while items/research exist may cause errors). - Combat Extended (CE): Likely incompatible.
