This mod adds a way to Fertilize infertile ground.

Cultivated Soil 1.2 Fertility just work to build
Fertilized Soil 1.6 Fertility Requires 2 Raw Potatoes
Fertilized Irrigated Soil 2.0 Fertility Requires 4 Raw Potatoes
