VWE Research Cleanup

Originally intended to be a simple patch for VWE Quickdraw that would make the bullpup DMR available without the base Vanilla Weapons Expanded mod, this quickly spiralled out of control into a comprehensive patch for the entire VWE series. Many of the decisions made for the mod and a few of its submods make absolutely no sense, and while you'd be unlikely to notice a random 2500 research project that unlocks nothing of value playing normally, it becomes a serious problem when playing with Semi-Random Research and/or VFEM2's updated Maynard Medieval storyteller. Non-comprehensive list of changes: - Overcosted research projects have either had their costs reduced or been removed and had unlocks moved to base-game projects. - Gunpowder, HMG, anti-material rifle renamed to flintlocks, GPMG, anti-materiel rifle, and had descriptions changed where relevant. - Heavy weapons renamed to heavy launchers, non-rocket launcher weapons moved to relevant base-game projects. - If Anomaly is enabled, flamethrower and heavy flamer are removed in favour of bioferrite alternatives. - Bullpup DMR from VWE Quickdraw moved to the quickdraw research project (I don't know how to remove the mod manager warning when trying to run the mod without the base VWE mod, but it *does* work just fine; if somebody knows how to fix this particular issue please let me know). - Quickdraw project itself has had its cost and research prerequisites reduced so that VWE Frontier's quickdraw weapons are available at their intended cowboy tech level rather than post-microelectronics industrial tech level. Base VWE Quickdraw weapons have had relevant base-game research projects appended to unlock requirements. - VWE Frontier + VWE Heavy Weapons handheld Gatling gun moved to frontier weapons. Locking a multibarrel weapon behind the 'multibarrel weapons' project makes sense until you look closer and realise you're locking a Gatling gun behind microelectronics. - Drug production research requirement appended to VWE Non-Lethal's chemical weapons. - Optional removal patches for some weapons (feel free to request more). These can cause compatibility issues with any other mods that attempt to patch these weapons, such as the style patches found in Alpha Memes. - No changes made to VWE Mass Drivers as it's already a perfect mod with zero issues and any friendly fire incidents are entirely your own fault :). Fully* compatible with CE! Longbow from VWE is currently broken and will be inaccessible with CE enabled, regardless of chosen removal settings. Will trigger a few non-fatal errors if CE attempts to patch weapons removed by this mod's optional removal patches. [hr] Huge shoutout to the entire VE team even if i disagree with a lot of the decisions made in the VWE series and making this patch made me yell out 'OSKAAAAR' multiple times. Go support them on Patreon if you're able to. ❤️
