VME Low Resolution Texture Disabler

I don't like the fact that the Hedonist and Corpo shirts from VME have textures 2x lower in resolution than the standard. This fact keeps me restless at night and has me waking up to night terrors, so I decided to patch them both out using the latest and greatest in XML technology. 100% guaranteed not to cause red errors, so you can sweep your problems under the rug in peace.
