Mid Section Pump Room to deliver fuel.
All the pipes have a manual valve dictating where they go.

Double Hulled, with an EDG power system that autostarts on loss of main power. -- powers rudder, fire pumps, and other equipment.
why are the docks so tiny? Tug Barges are like quadruple the size of this thing.
