Rimsenal Spacer + CE smart gun tweaks
In the base Rimsenal Spacer Faction + Combat Extended setup, smart guns have better range, recoil, sights, spread, sway, reload speed, weapon handling, aiming time, and accuracy.
Reworks the smart guns in Rimsenal Spacer, primarily by reducing their magazine capacity and adjusting their reload speed. They are still stronger than the "dumb" guns, but now have at least some defined trade-offs.
Lore wise, you can imagine that the smart components / ammo take up space or add complexity that limits magazine capacity.
