Note that, like other mods that allow placing things upon buildings, it requires a small amount of self-policing. You could, for example, place a crafting spot on top of a wall... and who would want to do that?!
This is a lightweight xml-only patch and can be freely added or removed from games.

[b]A.[/b] Go to the mod options -> Vanilla Expanded Framework, there's a checkbox in there to make this function sequential instead of random.
