My take on the starter RHIB, upgraded to be a more enjoyable boat.
$18800
4 small engines
2200 L fuel tank
Roll stabilization system
No microcontrollers (reduces cost to afford the upgrades)
Water pump piped into the winch
Fuel out pump up front
14 passenger seats and a med bed
Otherwise, the boat is still very bare bones- not very many tools. Plenty of room to add more stuff though.
Operation is simple. Start engines with the key (hotkey 6), W/S engages the clutch, hotkeys 1 and 2 control the throttle, A/D control the rudders. ^/v arrows adjust pitch trim, but it's already set optimally for the build. Cruises at about 15 m/s at 75% throttle, and reaches a dangerous 40+ m/s at full throttle. At full throttle it likes to fly away in anything except calm water, but it does usually stay upright after a flight thanks to the roll stabilization.
