Congratulations, Vault Dweller! Thanks to the Vault 117 Survival Enrichment Program, you have been selected to brave the surface above in order to rebuild civilization. You will be given a courtesy Vault-Tec General Issue Survival Kit and a furry friend to accompany you. Good luck! [*] Most research has already been unlocked from your studies within the vault. [*] Trader and caravan events will occur more frequently. [*] Due to a permanent toxic fallout, this will be a difficult scenario!
