A simple mod that helps you with your steel supply without changing the whole game.

+ You can now select "Smelt metal from debris" at the electric smelter to get
10x steel from 1x rock chunk (of any kind) (you need a crafting skill of at least 5 to do this).

Update for B19: Removed extra steel from steel slag because by default it's now 20 anyway.
