Automatically designate blighted plants to be cut.
Only acts on blight spread, so it won't help you if you already have a blight. Use Allow Tool for that.

UPDATE: Added a blight cutting job that has a higher priority than normal plant cutting. It's also tagged as an emergency job, so any pawns with a priority of 1 in plant cutting should ignore their own needs until the blight is removed. Just like fire and firefighting.
