Just a little patch I made to massively buff the walls and security towers, as it never sat right with me that the permanent structures only had..about 750 - 1000 hitpoints. I know a lot of things that can make 1000 hitpoints vanish in the snap of my fingers. I'd imagine it's rather overpowered, but I wouldn't know ;)
What this mod actually does:
Changes base HP of citadel walls/embrasures to 1790 (steel) and can go up to 5000! (Plasteel)
Changes HP of Security turrets to 2000 (Turrets), 5000 (Bunkers) and 7000 (Tank/Coastal battery) respectively.
Construction times for the turrets remain mostly the same, whilst the walls take longer and are more expensive to build (10 steel + 20 material of your choice)
