The U.S.S. Elkhart is a prototype version of a new class of small delivery/exploration ships. Designed with flexibility in mind, it is a small, but capable sea-craft. The power system is still under active development. The interior is unfinished and is also in development. The ship does feature an active stabilization system which perform relatively well.
