PPSH-41 and PPS-43

The contents of this module are derived from the HRK module, adjusted for resource requirements. Specifically, submachine gun mechanisms, while potentially complex in design, are usually very simple to make, especially when compared to modern automatic rifles. Considering that modern air-guided rifles all have a parts cost of 5 in CE, and semi-automatic rifles usually have a parts cost of 4, a parts cost of 5 in the HRK module is overly counterintuitive - it's clear that a free-machine sub-machine assault rifle should have lower parts requirements than a semi-automatic rifle. The in-game Free Gun Machine submachine gun and pistol parts requirement is usually 3, so the PPSH-41 is also set to 3. The PPS is a bit more specific, and when considering whether to set it to 3 as well, I noticed the Military Museum's disassembly video, which shows that the PPS has only two large parts once disassembly is complete, and the safety mechanism is just a toggle, which is even more minimalist than the 3-part Browning pistol: it doesn't need all those sockets, trigger safeties, and barrel retention, and it doesn't have an empty chamber hang-up. According to the Military Museum, the PPS has 2.7 hours of labor, far less than the PPSH's 7.6 hours. This module will be downgraded if there is a dispute.
