Production Multiplier Stat
Adds a pawn stat that multiplies the result of most resource production methods (e.g. shearing, milking).
Does nothing on its own.
Currently patches:
CompHasGatherableBodyResource - The parent class of the vanilla milking and shearing comps
CompEggLayer - The vanilla egg-laying comp
CompSpawner - The vanilla method used by the infinite chemreactor to spawn items
VEF's CompAnimalProduct - An alternative to CompHasGatherableBodyResource, can produce multiple items
VEF's HediffComp_Spawner - Used by things like Alpha Genes' Jelly Sacs gene
