Haixingdilian was once a content creator on Bilibili, but a fortuitous accident merged his consciousness with a transcendent intelligence. Legends say that in the stories he narrates, colonists invariably catch whispers of the peculiar.
Haixingdilian grants you a lengthy phase of development, only to later concentrate his efforts on rigorously testing your hard-earned accomplishments.

Adjusted raid frequency to prevent lulls during respite periods from becoming dull.
Replaced MP3 audio files with OGG format. (Reason: MP3 files caused malfunctions preventing audio playback on Linux-running RimWorld.)
