This mod is a standalone release of the cultural memes added to the Aquila series "River Valley Federation" mod, allowing players to experience the cultural memes without the "River Valley Federation" mod.
This mod adds three unique cultural modifiers "Revolutionary Ideal", "Pragmatic Ultravisionarism", and "Perferre Superesseque".
Revolutionary Ideal: Anti-Slavery, Preach, Shared Burdens (Expectations of Leader and Moral Guide are consistent with those of ordinary colonists), Political Commissar, Against Child Labour, etc.
Perferre Superesseque: Anti-Slavery, Allow Insect Meat, Allow Sleeping in the Open, etc,
Pragmatic Ultravisionarism: Technocrat, Anti-Slavery, Fast Research, 3x Work Drive, Most of Transhumanist Precepts, etc,
This mod adds two unique roles "Commissar", "Technocrat".
Commissar: A combat commander. Requirement: Social ≥8. Effect: Social Impact +10%.
Ability: Convert, Counsel, Reassure, Elastic Defence, Bugle to Liberate, Calm Down, Relieve Stress, Restrain Forcibly.
Technocrat: A science researcher. Requirement: Intellectual or Craft ≥6. Effect: Social Impact +4%.
Ability: Production Command, Research Command, Work Drive.
