Unofficial mod based on Vanilla Races Expanded Androids (BETA 1.2) Newest update: Bye bye reactor! Hello Double AA. - Requires VRE Androids Built from the VRE Android mod, this mod adds 18 new subroutines to play around with. These include performance in research, combat, crafting, social interaction, and more. Customize your Androids with trade-offs that balance speed, power consumption, and utility. Currently, the subroutines are not very complex, but over time, new additions will be made. Planned additions - auto-repair system (later on) - Easier neurotransmitter usage/production - More backstories - More starting scenarios - more good and bad Subroutines (20+ basic, 10+ complex) - Missions regarding androids Added so far - Complex power cycling system for reactors - More Android-related building (power cycling system) Compatibility After running over 1800+ mods, all random (that work with each other), it seems that this mod is compatible with almost all. (Please tell me if there is a mod that you would like compatibility with.) Known issues Most subroutines are not final, and their design is very simple; only two do not work as intended at the moment. As this mod progresses towards 1.3/1.4, the kinks will be ironed out. Complex cores have been somewhat buggy in testing; this is expected. Subroutines may not work as intended. Extra - What is the difference between a simple and a complex subroutine? Well, simple subroutines only change already added concepts to RimWorld, like stats, skills, traits, etc. Complex is a core that requires more coding beyond a simple XML file change. mainly through C# or Harmony - What if a subroutine doesn't work? Please let me know if so. I do test them, and sometimes they work, but with different mods, it may break them.
