Start caring about your pawns’ gender—but don't overthink it.
Every human pawn gets a Male or Female hediff that tweaks a handful of stats by 3-5 %:
- Females have lower mental break threshold (break less often)
- Females have lower social fight chance
- Males have higher pain threshold (can tolerate more pain)
- Males are less suppressed (CE) in firefight

The changes are subtle: they won’t make male pawns Immortan Joes or female pawns mental fortresses, but they add just enough flavour for gender to actually matter while staying balanced.
