Every human pawn gets a [b]Male[/b] or [b]Female[/b] hediff that tweaks a handful of stats by 3-5 %:
- Females have [b]lower mental break threshold[/b] (break less often)
- Females have [b]lower social fight chance[/b]
- Males have [b]higher pain threshold[/b] (can tolerate more pain)
- Males are [b]less suppressed (CE) in firefight[/b]

The changes are subtle: they won’t make male pawns Immortan Joes or female pawns mental fortresses, but they [b][i]add just enough flavour for gender to actually matter while staying balanced.[/i][/b]
