Shows the current Wealth in the middle of the screen. Thank you heye for the work and the permission to use your code to bring it to 1.5+ and put new features in it :-)

New features:
- Changes vertical position, to prevent overlap with pawn-picture (only appears if you have large colonies)
- Show days passed beneathe wealth (toggleable in settings)
- Special Displays for Rimcup 1 + 2 (false as default in settings)
- Optional: Additional vertical offset in settings, if visual conflicts due to other mods appear.
