A359-F1 Armoured Personnel Carrier

A wheeled APC loosely based on the Canadian LAV-III. One of my most complex designs (complex for me, at least.) Seats 6 infantry and 1 driver in a fairly tight squeeze, comes with weapons, ammo, tools & medical supplies stored within. Also includes plenty of doors & hatches. No external weapons, but the roof hatches allow the infantry to stand up and fire at open targets- and the A359-F series are all capable of dangerously high speeds. Be careful with that, since it can reach high enough speeds that the downforce makes it do a wheelie. The driver's compartment is full of different sighting equipment. As the driver, you've got gauges you can't hardly see without looking down, an ignition button (has an anti-stall system), two periscopes, and a selection of monitors that require both a switch and button to turn on, but do provide a view of both sides as well as the back of the vehicle. Remarkably good fuel capacity and solid offroading capabilities, but mind hard jumps since the wheels can't take the brunt of them very well (and the fuel tank is frontally positioned.) As with all of my designs, there's some issue I'm too inexperienced to solve. In this case, this APC (and its variants) all suffer from electrical issues. I've tried a lot of things, but I can't really fix it short of shoving more batteries in it. So I'll just say watch your voltage levels and use the monitors sparingly. The vehicle should still drive with no power, but the alternators can't keep up with consumption at low voltages. I decided to install a handcrank dynamo generator (mainly for comic relief) as an emergency last-ditch.
