Your colony was founded by pyromaniacs — every starting colonist must have the Pyromaniac trait. Driven by their obsession, they insist on building all structures from wood whenever possible, no matter the risk. The rules: All starting colonists must be pyromaniacs. You may have only one colonist who is not a pyromaniac at any time. You must attempt to recruit every pyromaniac you encounter. All buildings and furniture must be made of wood whenever possible. One colonist tries to keep the flames at bay. The rest? They are the flames. Your faction will be a New Arrivals. Start with 3 people.
