Venom Trailer MFG. proudly introduces our brand new 40 foot frameless dump trailer.
The FDT40-S is our brand new ultra-premium framless dump trailer. By using a frameless design, the trailer saves weight and can carry more cargo within the legal limit. Frameless dump trailers also offer increased safety and stability over framed dump trailer when raised and dumping.
Our frameless dump trailer is finished in polished stainless steel and aluminum panels, and has lights all down the sides, front, and back of the trailer ensuring that this trailer will go hand in hand with your upscale trucks, and is sure to stand out amongst others.
Up front the Venom 40’ frameless dump has a operator information panel displaying the trailer’s onboard battery level, the fill level of contents in the trailer, and a light that will flash green when the trailer is fully loaded, easy for the driver to see from the towing vehicle’s mirrors.
On the driver side of the trailer, positioned forward between the dual spread trailer axles you will find the master dump control panel. This panel has 4 labeled switches allowing the operator to unlock the trailer frame, raise trailer body, unlock tailgate, and dump the load with ease.
