Buffs some niche weapon categories in Ce. Below are changes.

Base

-buffs (generic) pistol ammo's blunt AP by ~20%.

Vanilla Weapons Expanded - Laser

-Buffs laser weapon sharp AP by ~5-20%.

Vanilla Weapons Expanded - Bioferrite

Greatly improved piercer bayonet's (melee) sharp AP

impact weaponry

- decreased sharp piercing
- greatly increased blunt piercing
