BattIePatch: Extreme Hemogen Extraction

This mod adds a new prisoner interaction called "Allow Bloodloss Coma" to the game which, when selected alongside "Extract Hemogen", will cause the pawn to be drained of almost all their blood. The pawn will be kept unconscious due to bloodloss until they are either allowed to heal or die.
Comes with options to require the "Bloodfeeding" meme if Ideology is installed, as well as a tweak to show the hemogen icon when selecting the Blood transfusion surgery (mainly because I find myself constantly forgetting that is an option).
