BattIePatch: IED Remote Detonation

This mod adds a button to all IEDs that allows you to detonate them at any time. Alternatively, has an option to require a drafted pawn to detonate them. The pawn will move near enough to the IED (distance can be changed in settings) to detonate it, and there is also an option where they will not detonate it if they are in danger of being harmed by the explosion. Finally, there is an option to only have this functionality enabled after Microelectronics is researched.
Compatible with, but does not require, all DLCs.
Functions in 1.5 for those who aren't upgrading yet, but [b][u]requires harmony[/u][/b] for version 1.5. Versions 1.6 and onward have no dependencies.

To add this function to any of your explosives, just add:
<li Class="BattIePatch_IEDRemoteDetonation.CompProperties_RemoteTrigger"/>
into the comps of any ThingDef that also has a "CompProperties_Explosive."
