Adds machines for charging your mechs faster.
The mech supercharger and Large mech supercharger both allow charging from the same speed as the vanilla chargers and up to 10 times faster than the vanilla charger. Any charging speed faster than vanilla charging produces 25% more toxic waste than using the normal chargers.
There are also 2 advanced superchargers that depend on the Wastepack Atomizer research. The advanced superchargers has a wastepack atomizer built in to the charger so they produce no external toxic waste.

Removed side loading setting and moved the machines to a drop menu selection where players can choose what loading position they want, normal or side. This means that all currently built machines will become normal chargers on load after update so players will have to deconstruct and reconstruct side versions.
