HISTORY:
This boat was planned in 1920 and was built in 1923 with her sister ship MV Mary but one fatefull day in June of 1923 MV Mary hit Erika and sunk in under 2 minutes and killed 48 of her 56 passengers and was brought up in 1935 and scrapped (Erika had a running time for 2 months)
MURDER:
in May of 1923 a Irish man Killed 2 people after the Irish Revolution but fled to Denmark but was arrested a few days after the Erika sunk
