Greatly reduces the chances for wanderers, transport pod crashes etc. The game thinks you have 20+ colonists.
That's the sole and only thing this mod does. It's essentially a 1 line mod.
Works on Randy, Phoebe and Cassandra and any other storyteller that would use the standard population chart. Those 3 all use the same chart.
